Commercial Aquatics Docs
This is the shared documentation portal for the internal tools used to run commercial aquatics operations: field inspections, preseason boards, service management, proposal generation, Salesforce coordination, product mappings, pricebooks, and administrative workflows. It exists because training guides, administrator references, and developer notes need one maintained home instead of living inside scattered chat threads, app pages, spreadsheets, and one-off PDFs.
The site is intentionally its own repository so the docs can evolve across multiple products without being tied to a single production app deploy. Each application has its own section under Product Docs, while shared procedures and definitions stay in Operations and Reference.

- Inspection App documents the main mobile-first inspection system.
- PoolTracker / Preseason documents the preseason board and recurring service platform.

- Salesforce Integration explains how the app reads and writes Salesforce records.
Documentation rule
These docs should explain both the operating procedure and the reason behind it. A manager should be able to understand what to do; an administrator should be able to understand why the app behaves that way; and a developer should be able to find the source area that owns the behavior.
